My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The rooms were enormous and could easily accommodate a whole family, but I noticed the walls were a bit dirty, and the cleaning could have been better. The service provided was beyond helpful, especially Paco who assisted me with various things even before my holiday. The location was a bit remote from downtown Madrid but offered easy access to calle Alcalá and the metro. The dining experience, although convenient, lacked variety, with a negative point being the hand-made pasta. Overall, a good value for money with some room for improvement.
